Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: April 11, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of AIRSMET, an operational airspace monitoring and alert platform. AIRSMET is intended for authorized organizational users (for example, agencies, organizations, and approved internal users).

1. Use of Service

AIRSMET provides monitoring, event detection, and alerting tools related to monitored airspace zones. The service is not a consumer marketing product and is provided for operational situational awareness.

2. User Responsibilities

3. SMS / Notification Consent

By opting in to alerts, users expressly consent to receive operational notifications from AIRSMET by email and/or SMS. Notifications are event-driven (for example, drone zone-entry/zone-exit activity) and are not promotional marketing messages.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

Users may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to an AIRSMET SMS message. For assistance, reply HELP.

5. Limitation of Liability

AIRSMET is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIRSMET disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability, completeness, or absolute detection/alert accuracy.

AIRSMET and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions/actions taken based on platform outputs, delays, outages, or third-party service interruptions (including SMS/email carrier delivery issues).

6. Privacy

Your use of AIRSMET is also governed by our Privacy Policy: /privacy

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of AIRSMET after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
